TODD SPITZER MUST GO

Todd Spitzer is facing five sexual harassment lawsuits for retaliating against victims of sexual harassment to protect his friends. One abuser, known as Scary Gary, was Todd’s best man and former roommate. Despite knowing about the ongoing sexual harassment, Todd promoted Scary Gary to a senior position emboldening him to continue his abuse.
Todd Spitzer is the first prosecutor in California history to be kicked off a rape case for mistreating victims. The victims said that Spitzer “dragged them through the mud” and “grossly mistreated” them. Spitzer refused to prosecute the case in which a doctor was accused of drugging and raping six women. Spitzer is accused of colluding with the defense after one of the defense attorneys donated to Spitzer’s campaign.
Crime and homelessness are skyrocketing in Orange County and Todd Spitzer is failing to do his job because he is overrun by scandals. From facing five sexual harassment lawsuits, allegations of retaliating against victims, bribery, pay-to-play corruption, and money laundering, Spitzer is focused on cleaning up his own mess not Orange County. Orange County needs a District Attorney who will focus on safety not self-promotion.
Homelessness is out of control in Orange County and our leaders are failing. Todd Spitzer doesn’t even show up to the homeless commission on which he sits.
Todd Spitzer has a 0% rating Planned Parenthood, a 0% rating from Equality California, a 0% rating from the Sierra Club, and a 0% rating from Environment California. Over his 25 years in office, Spitzer’s highest score from the California Labor Federation was 12%.
Todd Spitzer made racist remarks while deciding whether to seek the death penalty against a Black man. Spitzer’s resignation has been demanded by the California NAACP, the National Urban League, and Rev. Al Sharpton’s National Action Network. At least 13 sitting District Attorney’s rescinded their support. Spitzer lied about his racist remarks to the Orange County Superior Court constituting a possible felony. Over a dozen civil rights groups including the ACLU have asked the California Attorney General to investigate Spitzer’s pattern of racism.
